“Con i minuti contati” is an International Short Film Festival founded in 2010. Year after year, our Festival has increased its success and importance both in Italy and in the rest of the world.
The origin of our efforts is the desire to give proper exposure to short films. According to our philosophy, filmmakers must not consider short films as a mere exercise in style, a demonstration of professionalism which is supposed to increase reputation in order to become a featured film director.
